The full program of events for the 150th Bendigo Easter Fair will be available in February 2020.
In the meantime, some of the key events are listed below:

Vision Australia Easter Egg Hunt

Friday April 10 and Saturday April 11, 2020

Join the exciting search for 170,000 Easter eggs in Rosalind Park on Good Friday and Easter Saturday. The chocolate eggs will be hidden in non-allergenic wood-wool at the beautiful Rosalind Park for more than 3,000 children to find. Easter egg hunts are organised for separate age groups over various time slots throughout each day. Tickets will be available closer to the event. 

This event is a major fundraiser for Vision Australia. 

Rotary Art and Craft Market

Friday April 10 and Monday April 13, 2020

Take a wander through this expansive market, browsing through a range of arts and craft, handmade goodies, unique treasures, collectables, tasty produce and much more. There will be more than 200 stalls across the two days, plus live local music and delicious BBQs to enjoy.

Please note that the second day of the market has been moved to Easter Monday for the 2020 event. 

Carnival Central

Friday April 10 - Monday April 13, 2020

Enjoy the excitement of the carnival atmosphere. Delight in the thrill of the rides and try your luck along sideshow alley. 

Awakening of the Dragon

Sunday April 12, 2020

A traditional celebration of lion and dragon dance, presented by the Bendigo Chinese Association and visiting lion teams. It will conclude with lighting a spectacular string of 100,000 firecrackers used to wake Dai Gum Loong for the Bendigo Advertiser Gala Parade. This iconic festival event is proudly presented by the Bendigo Chinese Association, and will be preceded by the Chinese Spring Festival.

Fosterville Gold Torchlight Procession

Sunday April 12, 2020

The Fosterville Gold Torchlight Procession will light up Bendigo's streetscapes magnificently on Easter Sunday evening. Featuring illuminated entries from local emergency services, community groups and the Bendigo Chinese Association.

To conclude, a dynamic fireworks display will erupt over Rosalind Park.

Bendigo Advertiser Gala Parade

Monday April 13, 2020

Experience a festival tradition filled with colour and excitement. Watch bands, cultural groups, dance troupes, sporting clubs, school groups and many more as they perform along the parade route. Experience the amazing Dai GUm Loong, the world's longest Golden Dragon, as he weaves his way through Bendigo's historic streetscapes.
